Just an example on how I used forums/logs to evaluate a player without knowing a lot about the class. I'm definitely not an expert, but doing this helped me learn a lot about logs.

Comparing our Shadowpriest vs Guides/Logs:
- Multi-target stat priority (Crit > Multistrike > Mastery > Haste > Versatility) beats single target, since those fights are generally more difficult. -Drye's Guide.
- Talents for BRF (from midwinter spriest); Also check out Angry Boss Reminders - great addon!
- Implement a 'DoT Weaving' rotation - Looks like CoP Rotation is the most common in BRF.
- Compare (Mythic geared) Shadowpriest spell breakdown to our priests through logs.
