Collection of useful information regarding followers.
Addons:
- (GMM) Garrison Mission Manager (Tip: Hold Alt and click the 'Missions of Interest' to show which followers you need to activate to complete various missions)
- (MP) Master Plan
Highmaul Raid Missions:
- To activate Highmaul raid missions you need 2 followers with iLvl 645. *Use Alt+Missions of Interest to see which followers are most common to all 4!
- Your reward cache is based on your current Highmaul progress.
- 15 HM heroic kills = Mythic (685) loot cache
- Highmaul & BRF missions are on separate cooldowns (320 hours)
- List of Optimal Follower Abilities: HM (Reddit)
BRF Raid Missions:
- To activate raid missions you need 3 followers with ilvl 665.
- 15 Heroic Highmaul kills = Heroic (680) loot cache *Note: the GMM addon showed "normal" cache for me under missions of interest, but it was in fact heroic.
- 21 Normal BRF kills = Heroic (680) loot cache
- 8 Mythic Highmaul kills = Mythic (695) loot cache
- 21 Heroic BRF kills = Mythic (695) loot cache *Note: you need at least 1 heroic kill after 6.1 for this method to work.
Bonus Items:
- Supreme Manual of Dance provides a weak Danger Zones Ability (66%) in place of a Trait.
- Hearthstone Strategy Guide provides the Extra Training trait.
Inn/Tavern:
- Recruit 2-3 few scavengers to start.
- Recruit Epic Mount every week; Try to pick traits that you don't already have epic mounts for.
Mobile App Workaround:
- Download and install Chrome Remote Desktop on your computer and phone. Park your character in front of your mission table, and you can easily send followers on missions while away.
Miscellaneous:
- If you're maxxed out Garrison Resources, buy materials from the trading post.
