I'm starting a Challenge Mode team for anyone interested in participating. I am forming a team of 5 to earn gold together. I would like to see the same 5 team members work together to push through all 8 dungeons. Following is an overview of expectations:

• It is expected that you will prepare for the dungeons we are working on. Read a strat, watch a quick video, etc. Please have some idea of what to do ahead of time.
  
• I will post ahead of time or next few dungeons. You should know the next 2 dungeons on our list.
  
• Bring needed consumables with you. Health pots, invis pots, flasks (tanks might want DPS flasks), food and DPS pots, anything else you might need
• Though it isn't needed or required, having an optimized set of gear for Challenge Modes is beneficial. I will not be asking anyone to grind out gear, but do have a look in your bags and bank and see what gear will work best.
• Know what your class brings to each fight, and even for trash pulls. There will be several class abilities that will come in handy that you might not typically use in a raid setting. Know what spec is best for each boss and even for trash. Trash will matter for Gold!
  
• Since the goal is to get the entire team through Challenge Modes, we will have to work around peoples schedules. Please be patient as we do so. For example, if we typically meet on Saturdays but a team member has to miss that Saturday, we will reschedule. I will not be pugging for replacements. Please note: this means if you sign up for the team, you are willing to commit to all 8 dungeons until Gold is achieved. We will not be going at a rapid pace. I expect the process to take 8 - 12 weeks, maybe longer depending on our schedules. We have plenty of time to work at it, no reason to hurry us along and burn the team out.
  
  
• Anyone is welcomed to join. I will try to fill the team from our guild first. But if there is not enough interest, I would gladly welcome anyone else able skilled, reliable and easy going.
• At this time I cannot tell you what days and hours we will run. When the entire team is formed, we will work out a schedule that works for everyone.
  
• If you are signing up, please be prepared and on time. Please note, Real Life > Pixels. But, consistently making the team reschedule will mean we will have to find someone more reliable.
