Trials:
- 1 month (may be extended)
- Access to raid pots, flasks, and repair
- Will be provided with a spot for Mythic when available, Core gets priority unless they offer to sit
- May be asked to pass loot to core members (typically done with tier items during progression on a new tier)
- Always have a spot for heroic farm
- May be asked to sit for heroic progression
- May be asked to sit for a fight if underperforming
(for Mythic, this assumes we have over 20 players available)
Expectations
- Relaxed & positive attitude
- Consistent attendance
- Consistent performance & improvement
- Communicative of attendance issues
- Focus on mechanics and raid utility over pure DPS/HPS min/max
If the officers agree that the above conditions have been met for the duration of the trial period, then core status will be granted.
Core:
- Players with proven attendance and performance get priority unless they volunteer to sit.
- Expected to acknowledge under-performance to their class leader and volunteer to sit when applicable
- Can volunteer to sit for another player where applicable
Sitting players:
- May take the entire night off at any point (assuming it won’t leave us sub 20)
- May stay online and be rotated in on ~45 minute intervals during progression.
- (The better performing player will be asked to remain when a kill is in sight.)
If asked to sit, we would prefer you work on your performance (watch the stream, hit a dummy, watch a boss video, etc) but if you would rather log for the night, that's also fine.
Basically we want more than 20 in the roster. If we have more than 20 we want people to offer to sit.
If you sit you can stay on and be rotated in, or you can log for the night, your call.
You can sit for any multitude of reasons: Don’t need loot, someone else will perform better or is better suited to the current fight, real life is calling, etc etc
